Notes: A unique element of this course is that each participant receives a workbook outlining action items for implementation upon returning to their respective workplace. This course introduces institutions of higher education and community stakeholders to a whole community approach to critical incident management utilizing the methods within the mission areas of prevention, protection, mitigation, response, and recovery. This is a very "hands on" course that reviews and analyzes real world events as they apply to higher education.
